Theory of Change
How change happens at Agatsu.
Everything we do is ultimately in service of helping people move towards Self Victory — equilibrium with themselves and the world around them.
Knowledge · Community · Safety
We create spaces and content that build understanding, genuine connection, and enough safety to be honest and ask for help.
Emotional Hygiene
When those conditions come together, people can practise caring for their inner lives — self-awareness, self-care, perspective-shifting, connection, self-expression and asking for help.
Self Victory (吾勝)
Over time, people move towards equilibrium with themselves and the world around them — acting in line with their values and beliefs.
The logic model
From inputs to impact.
A Community Centre, Therapy Clinic and Learning Studio; trained staff, Listeners and volunteers; the invisible systems of supervision, safeguarding and training.
Workshops, peer support, listening, therapy, creative and community programming, public education and resources.
People engaged, sessions held, groups run, resources published — across English, Hindi and Marathi.
Greater self-understanding, stronger support networks, earlier help-seeking, and sustained emotional-hygiene practices.
A city where caring for mental health is part of everyday life — and more people living in Self Victory.
