What’s on
Activities & events.
A rotating programme of activities, most of it co-created with the community. Tap through to register.
Mental Wellbeing Hour
Practising emotional hygiene, together.
Just as we brush our teeth each day, our inner lives need regular care too. The Mental Wellbeing Hour is a weekly, guided space to practise emotional hygiene — building self-awareness, shifting perspective, connecting with others and learning to ask for help. No experience needed; come as you are.

Peer Support
Sometimes it helps to talk to people who’ve been there.
Peer Support brings together people with shared experiences to listen, learn and support one another. These groups aren’t therapy — they’re spaces where no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Listeners
Sometimes you don’t need answers. You need someone to listen.
Listeners are trained volunteers who offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to talk. They don’t provide therapy or advice, but they will listen and, where appropriate, help you find other forms of support.
